Finance ministry official says Air India open to bids from any entity with adequate funds

As the Indian government moves towards selling off the loss-making airline Air India, a finance ministry official has said that any entity with adequate funds, can make a bid.

The government is aiming to offload a 76 per cent stake in Air India.
