Chemical weapons team enters Douma

Chemical weapons inspectors have been allowed access to the Syrian
town of Douma, a week and a half after an attack that killed more than
40 people.

The Syrian government stopped the team from the Organization for the
Prohibition of Chemical Weapons entering the area on Monday.
