UN: Human rights chief calls for all atrocities against Rohingya to brought to ICC

INTRO:

The United Nations human rights chief is calling for all atrocities
committed against the Rohingya Muslim minority in Myanmar to be
brought to the International Criminal Court for prosecution.

The UN refugee agency has estimated that 700,000 people from the
Rohingya community have fled to Bangladesh after an uptick in clashes
between government security forces and Rohingya insurgents last year.
