Sec. Tillerson: U.S. won't set pre-conditions for North Korea talks


U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says the U.S. is willing to sit down with North Korea without any pre-conditions.  

Speaking on Tuesday, Tillerson said demanding Pyongyang end it's nuclear program so talks could begin was unrealistic.

While it's a sign the Trump Administration is willing to soften it conditions to open a dialogue with the Kim Jong Un regime, Tillerson also made clear the military option remains if all other attempts to curtail North Korea's threats and provocations fail.
