US plans to reverse ban on elephant trophies from Africa

The Trump administration plans to lift restrictions on importing trophies of elephants killed in Zimbabwe and Zambia.

The move would reverse a ban put in place by President Barack Obama in 2014.

Animal welfare groups say the decision is absurb.
