Mugabe Resigns After 37 Years in Power

Robert Mugabe has resigned as president of Zimbabwe after 37 years in power.

His decision which made via a letter and announced by the speaker of parliament following a military takeover last week.

The ousted Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa is expected to become interim president.

Nick Mangwana a representative in London for the ruling party Zanu-PF says they will not suspend the constitution and will organize democratic elections within the next ten months....
