Keystone pipeline clears final regulatory hurdle

Officials in the US state of Nebraska have given the green light to construction of the controversial Keystone XL pipeline in their state.

This is is see as the last major regulatory hurdle to the pipeline, which TransCanada has been trying to get approved for nearly a decade.
