British MPs debate EU withdrawal bill

British MPs are embarking on the first of 8 days of political debate over the EU Withdrawal Bill.


The Bill's main aim is to copy across EU rules into domestic UK law, though critics are concerned it will give the government too much power to change laws without having to pass them through parliament first.
