US Sec. of State Tillerson warns China ahead of India trip

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is warning China about its ambitions ahead of a trip which includes a stop in India.

Ahead of the trip, he sat down for an interview with the Wall Street Journal, saying he's getting more comfortable with reporters.
