U.S. President Donald Trump is suggesting federal emergency workers might pull out of Puerto Rico sooner rather than later, blaming the island's citizens for their own financial crisis.
The vast majority of Puerto Ricans - who are American citizens - remain without power, and distributing supplies is a massive challenge nearly three weeks after Hurricane Maria devastated the island.
