No significant progress made in 5th round of Brexit negotiations

The EU's chief Brexit negotiator says he won't be able to ask EU leaders to move to the next stage of talks due to lack of progress.

It comes as the fifth round of negotiations wraps up in Brussels which the EU has said are in 'deadlock'.
