Britain's Finance Minister says the country should not spend money preparing for a no-deal Brexit as that would be irresponsible.
Philip Hammond's comments come after the Prime Minister Theresa May took part in a radio phone-in and refused to answer questions on how she would vote if there was another referendum on leaving the EU.
