U.S. President Donald Trump is promising full support for Florida, following Hurricane Irma which has left about one-third of the state still without power.
With the Florida keys impacted the worst, much of the rest of Florida is struggling with the lack of air conditioning due to the lack of electricity and gasoline / petrol shortages.
