US Navy fires 2 commanders after accidents

An admiral and a captain have been fired after a pair of deadly accidents involving U.S. Navy ships in Asian waters.

In June, 7 sailors died when the U.S.S. Fitzgerald hit a container ship off Japan.
In September, 10 sailors died when the U.S.S. John McCain hit an oil tanker near Singapore.
