US defence secretary Jim Mattis holds talks with Indian leaders

US defence secretary Jim Mattis has held talks with Indian leaders on a visit to New Delhi.

Mr Mattis is pledging to eradicate militant safe havens and work more closely with India on stabilising Afghanistan.
