Russia, China begin naval drills near North Korea

Russia and China began a series of joint naval exercises in the Sea of Japan, close to the Korean peninsula. The war games coincide with the joint drills launched by the United States and South Korea on Wednesday in a show of force against Pyongyang that continues nuclear and ballistic missile tests despite international sanctions and condemnation.
