North Korea says rocket attack on US "inevitable"

North Korea's Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho has told the United Nations General Assembly that American President Donald Trump has made a rocket attack on the "entire US mainland inevitable". 

It comes after President Trump called North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un "rocket man".
