Moscow says progress is made on de-escalation zone in southwestern Syria

Russia and Jordan are working on a plan to end fighting in southwestern Syria and creating a de-escalation zone there.  Russian and Jordanian Foreign Ministers discussed the progress in setting up the de-escalation zone in Amman.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
