Lattice Semiconductors Confirms Chinese Deal is Off

The US chip maker Lattice Semiconductors has confirmed that a $1.3bn deal to be bought by a Chinese investment fund has been abandoned.

President Donald Trump blocked the deal after a government panel that raised concerns about national security.
