GOP healthcare bill 'doomed' after 3rd Republican senator rejects proposal

A third Republican U.S. senator has rejected the latest GOP healthcare plan, effectively killing its chances of replacing the Affordable Care Act.

As it stands Republicans can't generate the 50 votes needed to pass the proposal in congress
