"Don't have the votes" - Republicans cancel health care vote

The Republican majority in the U.S. Senate has ended its latest attempt to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, saying they don't have enough votes.

The last-ditch effort by Senators Graham and Cassidy surprised many, but quickly ran aground of the same problems - too many Americans would lose their health care coverage.

Senator Bill Cassidy, a Republican of Louisiana, conceded they just don't have the votes.
