At least 14 people are known to have died as Hurricane Irma continues its path from the Caribbean towards the US.
The British overseas territory of Turks and Caicos was hit by a category five hurricane for the first time.
Haiti has also seen flooding and damage as Irma passed by.
The storm's winds have dropped slightly but remain at around 165 miles an hour (270km/h).
Britain, France and the Netherlands have all sent ships, rescue teams and supplies to the region.
Governor of the British Virgin Islands Gus Jaspert has declared a state of emergency there.
