Accusations Fly about Human Rights in Venezuela

Venezuela's Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza has accused the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights of lying.


The accusations follow a speech by the Commissioner where he warned of possible crimes against humanity in Venezuela and called for an international investigation.
