US condemns Barcelona terror attack

The U.S. is condemning the attack on Barcelona, which has left at least 13 dead and 80 injured, as the Islamic State organization claims repsonsibility for the casualties, via their Amaq news agency.

Spanish police have arrested at least 1 suspect, a Spanish citizen of Moroccan origin.

Shortly after the attack, U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted condolences, and then contradicted himself by posting a one-hundred-year-old conspiracy theory.

About to return from a week long trip to Latin America, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence stuck to the script.

IN: "And as the...
OUT: ...of Spain."
