The Trump administration is sending the Pentagon new guidelines on how to implement President Trump's ban of transgender people in the U.S. military.
The Wall Street Journal, citing officials familiar with a White House memo, reports the new rules will ban openly transgender people from enlisting - a policy first announced via the President's Twitter feed last month.
