About a dozen U.S. sailors are expected to face punishment for a
collision in June between the USS Fitzgerald and a cargo ship from the
Philippines. The incident left seven US sailors dead, in what was the
greatest loss of life on a U.S. Navy vessel since 2000 when a US ship
was bombed in Yemen.
Patrice Howard reports from Los Angeles.
