Britain Seeks Cross-Border Disputes Deal

In the latest round of Brexit negotiations, a new policy paper suggests that Britain is seeking to maintain legal cooperation on cross-border disputes.


These will cover how commercial arguments, consumer claims and divorces that span multiple countries are managed.
