The US and Qatar on Tuesday reached an agreement to fight terrorism and its financing in a move touted as a potential breakthrough for a diplomatic crisis gripping the Persian Gulf.
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson reached the deal with his Qatari counterpart in Doha, as part of his regional visit to help resolve the crisis.
