A truck driver whose vehicle was found in a Walmart car park in Texas with eight dead bodies in the back of it, has been charged with transporting immigrants illegally.
Ten people have died and 28 others, including children have been taken to hospital. They had no access to water or air conditioning while outside temperatures hit 38c (100F).
