Washington Post report: Russian President Vladimir Putin directed hacks on US elections

According to a report in the Washington Post newspaper, Russian President Vladimir Putin personally directed hacks on the 2016 US presidential election.

Russia has repeatedly denied any interference in the US democratic process.
