UN press North Korea for explanation over released prisoner’s health

A human rights investigator at the United Nations is pressing North
Korea to explain why a U.S. citizen was in a coma when he was returned
home after a year in detention.

22-year-old Otto Warmbier was arrested in January last year and handed
a 15 year prison sentence having been accused of trying to steal a
propaganda sign from a hotel.

William Denselow reports from UN headquarters in New York.
