UN calls for investigation into unrest in DR Congo

INTRO:
The United Nations human rights chief has called for an investigation
into mass murders and atrocities in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The fighting has left hundreds dead and over a million people
displaced in the central region of the African nation.
