Toddlers and babies attacks in DRC according to UN

A militia in the Democratic Republic of Congo has been accused of
maiming toddlers and shooting babies.

United Nations investigators accuse the Bana Mura militia of
committing ethnically motivated and warn that the situation in the
country is deteriorating.
