Russia's Ministry of Defence says it would view any flying objects over Syria in the areas where its airforces operate as targets. It comes after the United States shot down a Syrian government warplane on Sunday. Washington said the jet had dropped bombs near US-backed forces. The Russian Ministry of Defence said it was suspending its dialogue with Washington on accident prevention in Syria. Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
