QUEEN'S SPEECH MARKS STATE OPENING OF UK PARLIAMENT

Britain's Queen Elizabeth II will deliver the government's legislative programme (1030GMT) at the country's state opening of parliament.

The Queen's Speech is written by the Conservative government of embattled Prime Minister Theresa May.

It's set to be dominated by Brexit.

The Conservative Party has not yet finalised an arrangement with the DUP party of Northern Ireland to prop up her minority government.
