As US senators discuss fresh measures to punish Russia for hacking into last year's Presidential elections, the Kremlin says it views the proposed sanctions "negatively". Moscow says it would not like to see its relations with Washington to "nosedive" into war of sanctions. Meanwhile, a top Russian official suggested sanctions indicate the West is "genetically" predisposed to dislike Slavs. Our correspondent Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
