Indian rape survivor sues Uber for breach of privacy


An Indian woman who was raped by an Uber driver in New Delhi in 2014 has filed a lawsuit against the company for accessing and sharing her medical records.

The lawsuit names the company and Uber CEO Travis Kalanick along with two other top executives of the firm.

The woman is suing the company for breach of privacy. The case has been filed in the United States of America.
