Global soccer body FIFA confirmed it is investigating Russia's soccer team over doping allegations raised following the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) independent report. It revealed hundreds of Russian athletes were involved or benefited from an elaborate state-sponsored doping scheme – which Moscow denies ever existed.
