BARCLAYS AND EXECS CHARGED WITH FRAUD

UK bank Barclays and four of its former executives have been charged with fraud over an investment by Qatar during the financial crisis of 2008.

The injection of billions of dollars from Qatar enabled it to avoid a government bailout.
