U.S. will fail to hit GDP target this year says Commerce Secretary

U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross believes the economy will fail to
reach the 3% growth target set by the Trump administration this year.

Ross says the country will only hit that target when a number of
economic policies are put in place.
