US markets fall sharply amid doubts about Trump's future

American stock markets have had their worst day for months, amid ongoing fears about the stability of the Trump administration.


The former FBI Director James Comey has been invited to testify on Capitol Hill next week about his claim that President Trump tried to derail the bureau's investigation into his campaign team's ties with Russia.
