US Dept. of Justice tightens language for Executive Order on "Sanctuary Cities"

INTRO:
US Attorney General Jeff Sessions has issued a Justice Department memo
which limits the scope of the federal financial grants to communities
designated as "sanctuary cities."

The memo falls in line with a presidential executive order calling for
federal funding to be stripped from cities that do not comply with
immigration orders.
