U.S. committed to Turkey’s security, Defense Sec. says

U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis has told Turkey's Prime
Minister Binali Yildirim that they a committed to their NATO ally's
security.

This comes after the U.S. decision to arm Kurdish fighters in Syria. A
move that deeply angered Ankara.
