UN Security Council Meets on North Korea

The UN Security Council has been meeting to discuss North Korea's latest ballistic missile launch, after unanimously condemning it in a press statement on Monday.

The US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, said before the meeting that Washington would consider talks with Pyongyang if it halts all nuclear and ballistic missile tests.
