Syrian activists say two separate airstrikes on ISIL-held areas over the past two days have killed at least 30 civilians.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights suspects both strikes were conducted by the US-led coalition, which has been under scrutiny over civilian casualties.
