The President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte is on a visit to Russia to meet Russian top officials. He is expected to promote business and investment opportunities for Russian businesses in his country. And may also clinch a deal with Russia's President Vladimir Putin to buy high-precision arms to defense capabilities of the Philippines. Our correspondent Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
