NY taxis fined for overcharging Canada asylum seekers

Three New York taxi companies has been fined for overcharging asylum
seekers trying to get to the Canadian border.

There has been an influx of people crossing over from New York state
to America's northern neighbor since Donald Trump was elected US
President.
