New York Mayor de Blasio: Times Square driver in custody after several injured and 1 killed

At least 22 people are injured and one killed after an intoxicated
driver ran into pedestrians Thursday afternoon in the middle of New
York's Times Square.

The suspect has been arrested and officials say they do not think it
was a terror attack.

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said the suspect is an American with a
background in the military - and a criminal history.
