MSF consults over Ebola vaccine after DRC outbreak

The charity Medecins Sans Fontieres may deploy a new Ebola vaccine to the Democratic Republic of Congo after 9 suspected cases emerged. One case of the disease has already been confirmed and 3 people have died. Dan Ashby has the latest.
