Iraq & US leaders in talks to keep American troop presence after fight against ISIS

The Trump administration is reportedly discussing options for keeping US troops in Iraq after the fight against ISIS in that country is over.

Iraq's Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi may plan on keeping a "modest" US military presence in Mosul, according to Iraqi officials.
